This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Nov2Pro Academy ("Academy") and the enrolled participant ("Participant"), hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties." This Agreement outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and compliance requirements necessary to participate in the Academy's training programs.
Code of Conduct: The Participant agrees to adhere to the highest standards of professional behavior and integrity, including but not limited to:
Respecting fellow participants, instructors, and staff.
Abstaining from any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
Complying with all Academy policies, guidelines, and ethical standards.
Confidentiality and Data Protection:
The Participant shall not disclose, share, or misuse any proprietary, confidential, or sensitive information encountered during training sessions.
Any data, tools, or resources provided by the Academy must be used solely for educational purposes and not for personal or commercial gain.
Legal and Ethical Use of Training Materials:
The Participant agrees to use all cybersecurity tools and knowledge strictly for ethical purposes.
Unauthorized testing, hacking, or penetration of networks, systems, or devices outside the scope of Academy-approved exercises is strictly prohibited.
Attendance and Participation:
The Participant must attend all required training sessions and actively participate in course activities.
If unable to attend a session, the Participant must notify the Academy in advance and arrange for any necessary makeup work or the session been recoreded
Technology and Equipment Usage:
The Participant is responsible for ensuring that their personal devices meet the technical requirements necessary for the training.
The Academy is not responsible for any data loss, breaches, or damages arising from the misuse of provided resources.
Consequences of Non-Compliance: Failure to adhere to this Agreement may result in:
Warnings or probationary measures.
Suspension or termination from the Academy’s training programs.
Legal action in case of violations involving unauthorized cyber activities.
Registration Requirements: To enroll in Nov2Pro Academy, the Participant must meet the following requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age or provide parental/guardian consent if under 18.
Have a basic understanding of computer systems, able to access an email.
Provide a valid government-issued ID for verification.
Agree to the Academy’s policies, including this Compliance Agreement.
Make the required payment or provide proof of eligibility for payment.
